Darwen Lister
Born in 1989 in the small town of Blackpool, Darwen had an aptitude for creativity from the start. Born to writer and university lecturer Dr Ashley Lister and renowned reborn artist Tracy Lister, it isn't difficult to see the origins of his creativity.

In 2016 he made the move to Manchester, a city he fell in love with for its charm and wonderful range of diversity.
​
Having dabbled in acting in the theatre, singing and playing the piano, his heart found its calling in oil painting. Mostly self taught, Darwen learned from a variety of masters of arts.
​
If not found in front of his easel, he can sometimes be found in life drawing workshops in the heart of Manchester, honing his craft at all possible times.
